After a two-month break, Matteo Cairoli makes his return to the ADAC GT Master Championship as the German series resumes this coming weekend at Zandvoort for the fourth out of seven 2019 rounds.
The 23-year-old Porsche Young Professional racer, who shares the driving duties with Belgian Adrien de Leener in a Küs Team75 Bernhard's 911 GT3 R car, claimed a best seventh position in the Oschersleben opener.
"I am very thrilled to return to Zandvoort, an old-school circuit with no margin of error. I already raced there four years ago", said Cairoli, who took a seventh and sixth position on the Dutch track in the 2015 Carrera Cup Deutschland.
Action at Zandvoort begins today with the two free practice sessions. Qualifying 1 gets underway tomorrow followed by the first race at 14.45pm. Q2 is scheduled on Sunday, with the Race 2 start at 13.05pm.
